    Clara,
    Very nice job on the action research plan. As I look over it, there is a lot of work for the individual teachers to do for this to be successful. Do you have administrative support to make this happen?

    Thankfully, my administrators will take advantage of my action research study utilizing it as a campus improvement strategy.
